Alain Perreault, President
Mr. Perreault has been involved with Cerestech since 2003 to structure financial and strategic business partnerships. He has more than 13 years experience in strategic consulting, financing, and the development of high-technology start-ups in Europe and Canada for venture-capital and strategic investors.
He graduated with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and received his M.B.A. from INSEAD, France.

Dr. Basil D. Favis, Chief Scientific Officer and Founder
Dr. Favis is the principal inventor of the technology and founder of Cerestech. He heads up the scientific and technical development. He has 25 years of experience in the field of multiphase-polymer materials and is a well-known international expert in the area of morphology and interface control in polymer blends. He has authored or co-authored more than 180 scientific papers in the field of multiphase polymer systems which have been cited over 3,000 times. Prior to joining the Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal in 1990, he held the position of Program Manager at the National Research Council of Canada and Group Leader at Johnson & Johnson Inc.
He received his Ph.D. in Polymer Physical Chemistry from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
