Cerestech’s patented technology of thermoplastic-starch blends contain at least 25 percent annually renewable bio-based material and still maintain the excellent material properties of classical synthetic resins.  They have a high retention of key mechanical properties of film and injection molded products relative to a reference resin and can be tailored to meet specific performance requirements and resin grades.
